What if I have multiple homes?
Pro covers up to 3 home listings under one subscription. If you have more than 3 homes, reach out and we'll set you up with custom pricing for anything beyond that.
Can I update my vacancy status myself?
Yes, anytime, instantly, from any device. Your dashboard lets you flip beds between open, waitlist, and full in seconds. Families always see your current real-time status.
What happens after my 6-month trial?
Your card is charged automatically at the end of the 6 months on the plan you selected at signup. If you decide it's not for you before then, cancel from your dashboard and you won't be billed. Your listing is paused, not deleted, so you can reactivate anytime with no setup required.
How does license verification work?
Every night, Ovella Living checks each listing against official state licensing databases and updates your license status automatically. If a license is active, a verified badge displays on your listing. If it lapses, the badge is removed, families always see your current status.
