Ovella Living is an online platform designed to help families discover, compare, and connect with adult family homes, assisted living communities, memory care providers, and other senior care resources.

Ovella Living is a directory and information platform. We do not provide medical care, legal advice, placement services, or healthcare services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.

By using Ovella Living, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Provider profiles may contain information supplied by care providers, facility operators, public records, third-party sources, and user submissions.

While we strive for accuracy, Ovella Living does not guarantee that listings, pricing, availability, licensing information, photographs, descriptions, or other content are complete, current, or accurate.

Users should independently verify all information before making care decisions.

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, and other content.

By submitting content, you agree that your content is truthful and based on your genuine experience; you will not knowingly submit false or misleading information; you will not post defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful content; and you grant Ovella Living a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, publish, reproduce, and distribute your content.

Ovella Living does not independently verify every review and does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information, updating availability and contact information, complying with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements, and ensuring all submitted content is truthful.

Ovella reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate these Terms.

Ovella Living does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal information to third parties for monetary compensation or independent marketing purposes.

Personal information is collected and used solely to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Ovella Living platform and to facilitate connections between families and care providers.

Any sharing of personal information with service providers or business partners is limited to purposes necessary for providing our services and is subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Ovella Living is not a placement agency, referral agency, broker, healthcare provider, or fiduciary.

Any decision to contact, hire, move into, or contract with a provider is solely between the user and the provider.

All Ovella Living branding, logos, website design, graphics, content, software, and trademarks are owned by Ovella Living LLC or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Ovella content without written permission.

Use of the Ovella Living platform is entirely at your own risk. Ovella Living LLC is an online marketing and lead generation platform that facilitates introductions between families and independent care providers. We do not own, operate, manage, employ, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any care provider, facility, caregiver, or service listed on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ovella Living LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to: care decisions or placement decisions made by users; the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or performance of any care provider or family; injuries, illnesses, abuse, neglect, death, property damage, or other harm resulting from services obtained through the platform; licensing, certification, accreditation, insurance, or regulatory compliance disputes involving care providers; medical treatment, healthcare outcomes, medication management, or clinical decisions; financial losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost data; the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of user-generated content, reviews, profiles, ratings, photographs, or other information submitted by users; any dispute, claim, contract, or agreement between users of the platform; or service interruptions, technical errors, unauthorized access, security breaches, viruses, or loss of data.

Ovella Living LLC makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, suitability, availability, legality, or effectiveness of any care provider or services offered through the platform. All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ovella Living LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to: your access to or use of the platform; any content, reviews, photographs, listings, or other materials you submit; your violation of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable policies; your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; any dispute between you and another user; any negligent, fraudulent, unlawful, or intentional acts or omissions by you; or any claims arising from services you provide, receive, advertise, or obtain through the platform.

Ovella Living LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. Your indemnification obligations will survive the termination of your account and your use of the platform.

We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, limit, or permanently terminate your account, profile, listings, reviews, or access to all or any part of the Ovella Living platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; submission of false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content; conduct harmful to Ovella Living, its users, or the integrity of the platform; attempts to manipulate or disrupt platform functionality; suspected illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or abuse; requests by law enforcement; financial abandonment; or any other reason we reasonably believe is necessary to protect users or the platform.

We may also remove or modify any content or listings at any time, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall survive.

Ovella Living may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
