Owned and operated by a Registered Nurse, our home is designed for seniors and adults who need additional support while maintaining their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
With only six private rooms, we offer a small, home-like setting where each resident can receive individualized attention and become part of a caring community. Our services include 24-hour care, personal care assistance, medication support, nutritious home-cooked meals, social and recreational activities, memory care support, respite care, and hospice support based on each resident’s individual needs.
At Serene Meadows, we believe care should feel personal. We work closely with residents, families, healthcare providers, and referral partners to provide open communication and a smooth transition into our home.
