I have been caring for seniors with dementia and Alzheimer's for over 26 years. Not only do I recruit, mentor, and supervise our excellent caregivers, I am hands on with caring for each resident and meeting their needs. At my care home, each resident is valued and tenderly cared for like family. Compared to large assisted living or memory care facilities, we admit only a few residents at a time. Our model frees our care team to give more attention and service to each resident. We meet all care needs from moderate to intensive.
