What kinds of homes are listed on Ovella Living?
Ovella Living lists licensed small adult care homes — residential care homes, adult family homes, and board and care facilities with 2–10 beds. These are the smaller, home-like settings that are harder to find through traditional search.
Do I need to be a licensed agency to sign up?
No. Both independent placement agents and licensed agencies are welcome. We're built for anyone who helps families find care — whether you place 5 families a year or 50.
How does Ovella make money if we're not paying per placement?
We charge a flat monthly subscription to both operators and agents. Operators pay to list their homes and get found. Agents pay for access to the full inventory and tools. No one pays per placement — we're not in that business.
What if a home I need isn't listed yet?
Coverage grows as more operators join. You can still search what's available and reach operators directly. If you know a home that should be listed, there's a way to invite them from within your dashboard.
Is there a contract or commitment?
